Who we are
Pip Job Search is made by Mateus Zanatti Saraiva, a sole proprietor in Zurich, Switzerland ("we"). By installing the app you agree to these terms. Questions or help: hello@pipjobsearch.com.
What the app does
Pip searches job boards, scores postings against your profile, drafts CVs, cover letters and form answers, fills in application forms for you to check, and helps you prepare for interviews. It runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, under your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI, which you pay them for. You read and send every application yourself; Pip never submits one for you.
Text written by AI can contain mistakes. Check everything before you send it. We can't promise that Pip finds you a job, or any particular result.
Free to use
Pip is free to use, with every feature. You still need your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, which you pay Anthropic or OpenAI for. If you paid for Pip Pro before it became free, your rights under your purchase and the consumer law of the country you live in still apply: write to hello@pipjobsearch.com with any question.
Your files
Your profile, CVs, applications and notes stay in a folder on your computer and belong to you, on every plan, whether or not you pay. See the privacy policy for what the app sends and to whom.
Changes and liability
We may update the app and these terms; if a change matters for what you've paid for, we'll say so in the app. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts of Zurich, without taking away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
