How it works

Pip runs Claude Code (for a Claude Pro or Max plan) or Codex (for a ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan) on your computer. You sign in with the provider's own sign-in, the same as using their apps directly. Pip never sees your password and charges nothing per search: the app is free.

No API keys to create or pay for.
Your usage counts toward your own plan, and Pip shows how much of it you have used.
Switch between Claude and ChatGPT in Settings at any time.

Why not just use the chat?

A chat answers what you ask. A job search needs things done every day without asking: search the boards, skip the duplicates, score the new jobs, remember every application, write each CV in the right layout, check it for claims you cannot back up, and keep your answers the same on every form. Pip is that routine, built around your plan.

Which plans work?

Claude Pro or Max, or ChatGPT Plus or Pro.

Is Pip made by Anthropic or OpenAI?

No. Pip Job Search is an independent app that runs their official tools, Claude Code and Codex, on your own plan.

Will it use up my plan?

Searching, scoring and writing count toward your plan like any other use. The app shows how much of your plan you have used, and you choose the model in Settings.

Pip searches job boards every morning, scores each posting against your CV out of 100, and tells you which jobs are worth your time and why.

AI CV and cover letter writer

Pip writes a CV and cover letter tailored to each job, in a layout that suits your field and country, and checks every claim against your own CV.

Job application autofill

Apply with Pip fills in job application forms with your details and saved answers, attaches your CV and cover letter, and leaves the submit button to you.
