Scrolling job boards takes hours and most of what you see is wrong for you. Pip does the scrolling. It reads the boards, scores every posting against your own profile, and shows you the few worth a look, with the reasons.
Pip compares each job with your CV, the roles you want, where you want to work and your deal-breakers. You get a fit score and plain reasons: what fits, and what is missing. Jobs that fail a hard rule, like the wrong city or a language you do not speak, are set aside without wasting your time.
Many boards, one list
Out of the box Pip searches several job boards, including local ones such as Net-Empregos in Portugal, Arbeitnow in Germany and SwissDevJobs in Switzerland, plus remote boards and some company careers sites. You can add any job board or a company careers page, and Pip sets it up and tests it.
The same job posted on two boards shows up once.
Postings in other languages are read and scored too.
Say why you passed on a job and the next search leaves out jobs like it.
A morning routine that runs by itself
Pick a time and Pip searches and scores new jobs every day, even with the window closed. A notification tells you how many are worth a look. Review them one at a time: save, skip, or have Pip write the application.
For your best matches (75 or more out of 100 by default), Pip goes one step further and drafts the CV and cover letter by itself, at most two a day, so they are ready to check when you sit down. You choose the bar and the number in Settings, and nothing is ever sent without you.
First to know about new jobs at the companies you want
Applying early is when it counts most. Every few hours, Pip checks the careers sites of the companies in your profile that publish their jobs openly (many use Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby) and scores anything new straight away. Those jobs are marked Early, and you get a notification when one is worth a look, often before it reaches the big job boards.
The salary is shown on each job when the posting states it.
A location the posting makes clear is never flagged as unclear.
