Recruiters search LinkedIn by job title, skills and location long before they read a word you wrote. Pip reads your profile against the roles you want, scores it, and rewrites each part that is holding you back, in versions you can paste straight in.
Press Review my LinkedIn. A LinkedIn window opens; sign in with your LinkedIn email and password, press Save to PDF, and Pip takes it from there. Already have the PDF from LinkedIn's Save to PDF? Drop it in instead.
Part by part, with a version to paste
You get a score out of 100 for how well your profile works for the jobs you want, then every part of it, most important first: headline, About, each role worth improving, skills and the rest. Each one is marked Good, Improve or Missing, with what it says now, why it matters, and a better version with a Copy button. The headline comes in three versions to choose from.
The words recruiters search for in your field, where your experience backs them, ready to copy.
A checklist for what the export does not show: photo, banner, Open to Work, Featured, recommendations, your custom URL and verification. Tick them off as you go.
Field rules built in: a nurse never gets advice that could identify a patient, a teacher is never told to show their teacher number, and a CFA candidate is never told to write "CFA" after their name.
True, and not stuffed
Every suggestion comes from your own CV and profile. Pip never adds a result, title or skill you do not have, and never piles on keywords: LinkedIn itself says more keywords do not automatically improve how you show up in search, and profiles that look over-optimised can be flagged as spam. The advice behind the review comes from LinkedIn's own help center and Talent Blog and university careers services such as MIT's and LSE's.
