Job application tracker

Every application, and what to do next.

Pip keeps a record of every application with the exact CV and cover letter you sent, where the job is, the pay the posting stated, and where it stands. No spreadsheet to keep.

Insights in Pip Job Search: the funnel from found to offer and replies per job board

It notices for you

Send an application with Apply with Pip and Pip spots the site's confirmation page and marks it as applied. Update a status in one click when you hear back: interview, offer, rejected. Made a mistake? Step it back.

Honest advice when it goes quiet

A follow-up only helps when there is a person to write to. When there is, Pip drafts a short, polite note. When you applied through a careers portal, it tells you that waiting is normal, suggests finding someone at the company, and after a month says it is probably time to close it.

See what is working

Insights show how many applications get a reply, how long replies take, which job boards lead to interviews, and the skills that keep coming up in jobs you were close to. Skills turns those into a learning plan.

Questions

Where is my tracker stored?

In a folder on your computer, as a plain spreadsheet file you can open yourself. It stays yours.

Can I add applications I sent without Pip?

Yes. Apply with Pip adds jobs you send from it, and you can tell Pip about any other application.
