CV and cover letter writer

A CV and cover letter for every job, written for that job.

Sending the same CV everywhere is why so many applications go unanswered. Pip rewrites your CV and cover letter for each job you pick, using only what is true about you, and gives you the PDFs to send.

Tailored, and checked

Pip reads the posting, picks out what the employer is asking for, and rewrites your CV and cover letter around the experience you have that matches it. Then it checks the result: every number, tool and achievement has to come from your own CV or profile. Anything that does not is flagged for you before you send it.

The right layout for your field and country

A designer, a nurse, a teacher and a software engineer should not send the same kind of CV. Pip picks one of several layouts, from clean one-page to academic or clinical, based on the job. It follows the customs of the country you are applying in, such as whether a photo or personal details are expected, and adds your photo only where that is normal.

Answers for the rest of the form

Visa, notice period, salary expectations, languages: answer once in your profile and Pip uses the same answers everywhere. For questions like "Why do you want to work here?", Pip drafts an answer from the posting and your CV for you to edit.

Questions

Will it make things up?

No. Every claim in the CV has to come from your own CV or profile. Pip checks the finished document and flags anything it cannot trace back to you.

Can it write my CV in Portuguese or German?

Yes. You choose the language of your CV, and Pip reads postings in other languages too.

Is my CV sent anywhere?

Your CV and documents stay in a folder on your computer. The AI reads them under your own Claude or ChatGPT account to do the writing.
